Eleni, owner of NNORM, spent a big part of her career in the corporate world (Proximus), working as an internal team coach and later as the manager of a team of 50+ individuals. She is a certified NLP practitioner and habit coach.

As her passion for people management and team dynamics kept growing, she founded NNORM in 2020 with the mission to make psychologically safe team environments the new norm within companies.

Today, she focuses on helping first-time leaders and their (growing) team(s) in creating such environment. Doing so, she enables them to build a healthy and productive workspace and helps them navigate their new leadership roles, enabling them to lead from a place trust.
